Back from a failed mission with his friend and comrade, Marines sniper Mike Stevens finds himself with him in a minefield. Moreover, after setting foot on a mine he is stuck in the desert with the absolute certainty that the rescue will not arrive until two days and that he will have to call on all his resources to survive the environmental conditions, the night predators and his inner demons and get out of a desperate situation. In the 100 minutes of the film, we can see the protagonist as he progressively strips himself of his clothes and all the superstructures that led him to that moment and we enter his mind, identifying ourselves as human beings in his torment as a man on his knees. The position in which he is forced to stay for a long time is repeated in different moments of his life, each with a different meaning. Mike is a resolute man, who in life has always proceeded straight to an apparently insurmountable obstacle: he is not able to be free and walk in zigzags like the Berber, the man who acts as a guide and shaman. It is not by chance that he is a soldier, who chose to fight so he would not have to observe himself.
