Bryon is a down and out raised by aggressive skinheads, who has become famous among white supremacists. A life of alcohol, drugs, violence which he seems to accept as the norm. The encounter with Julie, a young mother of three, and his love for her will give him the strength to turn his back on that life of hate and violence. With the help of a black activist, he will undergo a long and painful operation to remove all of his Nazi-themed tattoos and finally become the person he has chosen to be.

A true story about extremism and redemption, based on the life of Bryon Widner and based on the short film Skin which director Guy Nattiv won the Oscar® for in 2018.

Presented at Berlin International Film Festival 2019 (Panorama category). The director Guy Nattiv won the FIPRESCI Prize at Toronto International Film Festival 2019.
